As a Real Estate Professional since 1998, Janice has focused on Calgary’s premier neighbourhoods. Commencing her Real Estate career as an Area Sales Manager for two of Calgary’s most honored builders, Janice achieved number one positions in the developments she managed. This culminated in her being nominated 'Rookie of the Year' and awarded ‘Top Producer’ granted by the Calgary Regional Home Building Association.
Her primary focus was with semi-estate and high-end custom homes in and around Calgary, in new residenital developments, established inner-city communities and acreage properties. Instrumental in all sales and marketing activities; she worked with clients in the design process to create the home of their dreams; overseeing details from start to conclusion during the construction process and ensuring the upmost customer satisfaction during and beyond the building of her clients’ homes. As one of her clients states, “Janice puts a lot of her heart into her work”.

Previously, as the founder of an Executive Search firm specializing in the recruitment of top caliber professionals for Fortune 500 clients, she quickly became an industry leader. In this very competitive industry, Janice developed a highly sought after base of high profile clients – professionals that were not actively ‘on the market’ and esteemed corporations requiring key contributors for their organizations. Janice accredits this accomplishment to the valued clients who put their trust in her with personal and sensitive information – and the investment in their careers and livelihood.
